We offer long-term lease of one floor farmhouse located in the village center of Horni Brusnice.

It consists of the residential area, the former stables, barns, sheds and bordering lands.
The house has original stone porch and is connected to the public electricity and water supplies.

After an agreement it is possible lease of additional lands (fields, meadows) suitable for agricultural production, breeding horses, etc.

The building is uninhabited for longer time. Complete reconstruction is needed.
